There are plenty excellent walks on the doorstep of your holiday home. Pease Dean Nature Reserve which is rich in wildlife is to the rear of the park and a small cliff top path leads down to Cove Harbour and on to the famous Sutherland Upland walk. Cyclists have plenty of Borders Cycle routes to choose from that take in coast and country. You will find world class golf courses, some of the best fishing in Scotland and amazing birdwatching.
There are many fine historical monuments and museums to be found within a short drive of Pease Bay such as Manderston House, with its magnificent silver staircase and Paxton House with its putting green, adventure play park and nature trails. There's plenty of fun activity days to be had too, including off-road 'state of the art' 4x4 driving, quad bike trekking and paintballing.
Pease Bay is arguably the finest surfing spot on the east coast and the unusually clear coastal waters at nearby St Abbs has made it one of the top diving destinations in Europe. Here you can discover and explore over 80 wrecks and enjoy many shore dives. If that's too adventurous you can view the wonders of the ocean, including whales and porpoises, from a glass bottomed boat.

If you fancy getting off site for the day, Dunbar Leisure Pool has waves, sprays and a bubble bed as well as a big yellow flume that will keep the kids entertained if simply swimming in this six lane pool is not enough!
Named after the world famous explorer and conservationist born in the area, John Muir Country Park in nearby Dunbar is a beautiful place to visit and includes some of the most spectacular East Lothian coastline, grasslands, salt marsh and woodland. There are pony rides and wildlife trails and great picnic spots to discover.
Also in Dunbar East Links Family Park is a great day out for the kids. With train safari, pony rides, go-karts, giant maze, trampolining plus soft play areas for younger kids it is easy to spend a full day here. There are plenty of animals on the farm and an excellent café serving hot and cold snacks. Picnic areas are available for those who wish to bring their own food. The Scottish Seabird Centre is a five star, multi award winning, family attraction overlooking the sea at North Berwick, approximately 40 minutes from Pease Bay. Open all year round, it has an exciting discovery centre with live cameras to view puffins, gannets, seals and more. The Seabird Centre also has a kids playzone and a packed programme of workshops and activities for children and adults to enjoy. There is also a well stocked gift shop.
Prestongrange Museum at Prestonpans has games, toys and trails to keep kids occupied as they learn about the story of Scotland's Industrial Revolution. Enjoy audio tours of the museum and take in visits to the Beam Engine and Power House. There is a programme of special events for all to enjoy. Dogs are welcome. You can take a picnic or eat at the small café.
The Museum of Flight at East Fortune occupies the site of a former RAF airfield and has many fascinating aircraft including the world famous Concorde.
The Myreton Motor Museum houses a fascinating collection of cars, bicycles, motor cycles and commercial vehicles dating back to 1899. Anyone with an interest in cars or an ounce of nostalgia should not miss it.
If you'd like to try something new, The Scottish Archery Centre at Fenton Barns will open by arrangement. Visitors can try archery, crossbow and air rifle, all indoors under supervision and instruction.
